Throughout my entire counselling career, I have been passionate about working with young people. With years of experience both in secondary schools and through my independent practice, I've had the privilege of helping adolescents navigate the challenges of adolescence and emerge as confident, resilient individuals.

At the heart of my counselling philosophy is the person-centred approach. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns freely. By focusing on their unique experiences, we empower them to take charge of their personal growth and well-being.

However, I understand that counselling with young people is not one-size-fits-all. That's why I'm enthusiastic about integrating creativity into my sessions. Whether it's through art, storytelling, games, or other innovative techniques, I aim to make therapy engaging and relevant to each individual's needs. This not only makes the process more enjoyable but also fosters deeper self-exploration.

My goal is to provide the best possible support to every young person I work with. Over the years, I've witnessed remarkable transformations in my clients. Many have gained confidence, overcome challenges, and developed essential life skills through our counselling journey together.

Each young person is unique, and I take pride in tailoring my approach to their specific needs. Together, we work towards positive outcomes that enhance their well-being and personal development.
