COUNSELLING
Taking the first step towards seeking help is a courageous decision.
We all struggle at certain points in our lives. The chances are that you have found your way here today because you have realised that those struggles are becoming too much for you and are affecting your everyday life. Whatever your situation, I will aim to understand, empathise and help you through these problems.
My counselling approach is person-centred, which means that I prioritise your individual needs and experiences. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I'm here to assist self-discovery, personal growth, and healing. Our work together will put you at the centre and allow you to explore your problems as you desire to overcome them in an empowering way; providing you with the confidence that you are the one who made the changes in your life. I simply want to give you the environment where it is safe for you to do this.
As part of being a counsellor I am a registered counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework for good practice to ensure that I am offering you the best possible help.
